20 Minutes Kimchi Fried Rice: A Quick & Flavorful Meal
Some nights, you just need something fast, delicious, and satisfying. That’s why I’m sharing one of my go-to recipes for busy days—Kimchi Fried Rice. It’s got the perfect balance of tangy, spicy, and savory flavors, and the best part? It comes together in just 20 minutes!
Tips for the Best Kimchi Fried Rice
- Use Any Rice: While day-old rice gives a firmer texture, fresh rice works too—just let it cool slightly before stir-frying.
- Adjust Spice Levels: Add more gochujang for extra heat or reduce it for a milder flavor.
- Customize It: Toss in mushrooms, spinach, or tofu for added variety.
